At first it was just Russia doing his thing, but then it kinda exploded. Plus, the colouring and the fact that America's tied to balloons made me think it looked a bit like a children's book, so I went with it. Hopefully it works.
Seriously, if someone made this into an actual story, I'd favourite it a thousand times.
